Contractor: Ambrose Construction
Remodel on three levels of a Capitol Hill home. An awkward addition was replaced with a smaller one, which allowed for better light and outdoor space. The kitchen was moved, a family room added, and a new deck built. Main and second floor spaces were reconfigured for better flow and light, plus additional bathrooms. The basement was dug out and finished.
